1. Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had: kidney disease, liver disease, gallbladder disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, a seizure disorder low thyroid, hypothyroidism, muscle disorders or any severe disease etc. Also inform, if you drink alcoholic beverages or smoke.
