Handling Fees

No Handling Fee for the first 90 Pills (or Largest Quantity on the Med Ordered Eg. 36 pills/100 Pills)

Each additional 90 Pills are charged $ 8.00

Tristatemeds offers you the possibility to choose between two different shipment methods with two different carriers.

Default shipping method uses India Post as a carrier. This method does not offer Track and Trace . Thus querying the progress of delivery is not possible. The delivery normally takes 15-20 working days. In case your parcel does not arrive within 20 working days please contact our Shop support team via admin@tristatemeds.com

1.Express Delivery : uses EMS to ship your purchase. The delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 working days but might take up to 15 working days in exceptional cases. When your order leaves our warehouse in India, you will receive an e-mail from Tristatemeds, containing the tracking number of your order. You can track your order on the designated website link provided.

When reviewing the items in your shopping basket, the value of the shipping cost will be displayed.

NOTE: From time to time, it may be necessary to ship products with special handling rules, service levels and/or weight and size restrictions using another carrier.

Products that are currently in stock typically ship out within 24 - 48 hours, if your order is received by 2:00 A.M. EST (Eastern Standard Time) and your payment has been verified. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays.

If your shipping information differs from your bill to information, your order may be delayed for verification.

In the event that you do not receive your Speedpost order within 15 days of your date of order, you will have the option of getting a reshipment or a refund. However, in case of a Reship, we will not be liable to ALSO refund the EXTRA amount paid by you for Speed Shipping, even though the order has not reached within 7 - 12 business days.

Due to Government Restrictions we cannot ship to Africa & Sweden .
