| Tristatemeds offers you the possibility to choose between two different shipment methods with two different carriers. |

| Default shipping method uses India Post as a carrier. This method does not offer Track and Trace . Thus querying the progress of delivery is not possible. The delivery normally takes 15-20 working days. In case your parcel does not arrive within 20 working days please contact our Shop support team via admin@tristatemeds.com

| 1.Express Delivery : uses EMS to ship your purchase. The delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 working days but might take up to 15 working days in exceptional cases. When your order leaves our warehouse in India, you will receive an e-mail from Tristatemeds, containing the tracking number of your order. You can track your order on the designated website link provided.

- In the event that you do not receive your Speedpost order within 15 days of your date of order, you will have the option of getting a reshipment or a refund. However, in case of a Reship, we will not be liable to ALSO refund the EXTRA amount paid by you for Speed Shipping, even though the order has not reached within 7 - 12 business days.
